Interview With Violet Eyes by Cary Fantastic Fetish Model from the UK Violet Eyes. How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM? I became interested from a young age really, although I didn't know what it was at the time. When I was in my early teens I discovered Bettie page and my walls were plastered with pictures of her, I thought she was amazing - you can imagine my friends and poor parents though I was pretty strange to have half naked Bettie all over my wall instead of which ever boy band it was that was around at the time. Every Christmas Id ask for boots like Bettie's or a corset- needless to say I never received them, but as I grew up I realized what it was all about and can now fund my own extreme shoe collection! As I got older and ventured into different sections on the entertainment industry I discovered a love of burlesque and gorelesque, I love the feeling you have on stage being a dominant female, and having everyone watch as you stroke your stocking tops, I guess thinking about it there is a definite bit of exhibitionism coming out there too!!!
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into? I love dressing up and teasing my other half, but I absolutely love it when he takes the control away from me and forces me to be submissive. I think its because I am always very dominant in my life away from home and its just very exciting to give that power to someone else for a little while.,, not too long though ;)
Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing? Watersports - the amount of times I have had messages asking for pictures of me peeing or for me to pee on people, I have an open mind but I think there are just some things id like to keep a little private and toilet time is one of them!!!
What excites you about fetish modeling? I love the clothes, I adore the clothes and the shoes- ahh the shoes!! I love the fact that I can put the outfits on and transform into my alter ego- it makes me feel confident and in control ( funny how I feel in control in such restrictive materials really!) . I can wear outfits that I wouldn't otherwise get to wear day to day and amazing heels that I would dwarf my partner in.
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in? It has to be latex, I love the feel of it on your skin, and the sound it makes when your spanked in it! Trans latex is even better but again I live in a very small village and I don't think its quite ready to see me parading round in trans latex just yet!!!
What are your least favorites? I just did some promo shots for a new latex company but the twist was they wanted me in a suit - it was very fun shoot but I didn't get the excitement I get from pulling on rubber and shining my self up!
Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture? Definitely, especially since burlesque has become more mainstream with "celebrities" bringing out burlesque dvd's and doing burlesque shows. Its made something that was a little taboo more sociably acceptable. Its made the clothing that goes with it a lot more accessible with a lot of high street stores stocking "burlesque inspired" clothing.
What kind of music do you like? I have a very broad taste in music from New Orleans jazz ( to dance to), and the ratpack through to Hole,Slayer and Sick of it all. I have to say I'm a definite fan of the heavier stuff - I was hoping to see the Haunted this year but it didn't quite plan out as expected and it never happened :(
What do you like to do for fun? Believe it or not, don my heels and do my hair and head out with the Rev ( my other half is a fully ordained reverend) for a night of mayhem!
