How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?
I always liked tying boys up, even when I was little. Neighborhood boys would play princess/warrior games with me, and I'd find an angle so that I could tape them to a telephone pole, or lock them in a closet. Haha, I was so weird, I don't know why they put up with me. It was like that all through school -- in high school, boyfriends thought it was strange that I always wanted to tie them down, but I was cute, so I could get away with it. I never thought I was unusual, until I got out of high school, and shared exploits with friends. They were like "Wait, so you like... tied him to a chair? And didn't let him cum? Why?" I thought it was strange that more of my girlfriends didn't enjoy restraint, teasing the way I did. I didn't really know what BDSM was, then.
And how did you transition from an interest to it being a profession?
I was 20ish years old, working as a newspaper editor, and I was sure I was going to do that for the rest of my life. My little sisters had just graduated from college, and couldn't find a job. I went on Craigslist for the first time, trying to help -- for funsies, went in the "adult gigs" section, which doesn't exist anymore, and saw this really well-written ad: "Get Tied Up in a Safe Environment." I was veryyy interested. I'd never done any modeling, anything remotely reckless, but here I was, answering this ad to be a bondage model. I worked with a great producer for ConversationPiece.cc... we hit it off, and I was hooked. We had a lot of similar interests. It was the first time I felt like anyone was on my wavelength, sexually. Soon I started assisting on shoots... then running shoots... within a year, I'd left the newspaper to help run several bondage websites. From there, the dominatrix thing came pretty naturally.
What can someone seeing you as a Pro Domme for the first time expect?
A genuine experience. I see a lot of people that aren't used to real, inescapable bondage, guys and girls who expect to be able to wiggle free. I am very thorough and meticulous with my bondage, and I try to even be a little creative. I use everything from pantyhose and rope to fiberglass and pallet wrap. If I restraint you, I promise, you won't be able to get out.
What kinds of people book sessions with you?
Newbies, in particular, come to see me cause I'm so darn friendly and bubbly. My studio is pink, and I'm very flirty. I see a lot of people who say "I never had the nerve to do this before, but you seem so nice." I am nice. I'm really good at bondage, too, so I also get lots of experienced people who see something a little different in my work.
What are your specialties?
Pantyhose and bondage, bondage and pantyhose. I've always loved hosiery, and I'm lucky that I can be so open with my own fetishy stuff. I wear pantyhose every single day, to the gym, to the grocery store, to bed, even in the shower sometimes. I think my genuine love of hosiery is obvious. I do pantyhose dates a lot -- the session involves going for dinner, and me teasing with shoe-dangles and footsie games. That's a huge hit. And the bondage, well... I take a lot of pride in my talent, there. I always have more to learn, but I'm pretty proud of my ability to make a man immobile.
What kinds of equipment do you use?
Oh, gosh. Segufix straps from German hospitals. Full-body casts. Pantyhose, for encasement. Handcuffs, high-security custom-made handcuffs. And chastity devices. I love keeping a boy locked up for me, then strapping him down and teasing him silly.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into?
Absolutely. I love really restrictive, comfortable, inescapable, long-term bondage on my girl and boyfriends, chastity, and pantyhose. Ha. So, pretty much everything I like to do for work, I enjoy personally, as well. I guess pantyhose are the big one.
What advice would you have for someone just staring out in the fetish scene?
I'm a bad person to ask, because I've never had to be secretive or anything. I've always just been like "I like bondage, I'm cute, get over it," and generally it works. I live in ultra-liberal Western Mass. My parents even know what I do, and they're down. But I understand not everyone is that lucky. so, I guess my advice is... be tough. Some people are going to be uptight about fetishy stuff, and you just be you. And go on Fetlife, they're great.
Do you think fetish is becoming part of the mainstream culture?
Yes. If nothing else, look in a fashion magazine. And more and more public figures are coming out as kinky -- take Lana Wachowski. So pretty, so brave. Good for her!!!
What kind of music do you like?
Industrial stuff, like Haujobb and Velvet Acid Christ -- no, seriously, I like just discovered industrial music. I heard Nine Inch Nails' "Pretty Hate Machine" for the first time last year and just about died, it was so good. I'm a johnnie-come-lately. I like Rilo Kiley a lot, too... and don't tell, but I'm a hip-hop junkie, secretly. I play everything from Dieform to Common at my sessions.
What do you like to do for fun?
I'm a health nut -- I do juice cleanses, tons of yoga, weight lifting... and I LOVE football. Obsessed. I love the New England Patriots. I'm a sports radio junkie. I don't take sessions on Sundays during the fall. I won't miss a football game.
