How did you get started modeling?

It was always something that interested me, whether being behind the camera or in front of the camera. I played around with photography for a few years before I actually considered being the focus of the photo. I was living in Austin, Texas at the time, I located a photographer and asked him to meet me for coffee. We had a shoot planned for the next day, and it went great. I was a little nervous before..scrambling to figure out what to wear but after all the stress, I ended up just bringing a bag of things I felt comfortable in. Ever since then, it's been me against this modeling world and I am liking the direction we're going. ;)

What excites you about modeling?

Every aspect of the shoot. Getting together all the details beforehand, putting all that effort into the actual shoot, and then getting the final product and seeing everything you put into, just that photo.

What are your favorite types of outfits to model in?

Crazy, out of the box, colorful (or not) outfits. Outfits that keep me amused throughout the shoot.

What are your least favorites?

Those ones in the box.... :p

What kind of shoots would you like to work on in the future?

There are so many things I haven't done that are on my to-do list. I'm just going to keep on exploring and see where I get.

Are there any other creative mediums you work in?

I am a hair stylist myself. Being behind the scenes in a photoshoot is something that I really enjoy.

What kind of music do you like?

My list of music goes from point A to point X. It's a little bit of everything, taking away this and that.

No, seriously. Ask my boyfriend - when I make a playlist it goes from hip-hop to instrumentals to rock n' roll to folk to that song on the radio everybody hates. So really, a little bit of everything.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love the sunshine, traveling, hula hooping, I love food, being with people I love, drinking, decorating, creating, cooking, and while all this excitement is great those lazy days around the house with my man....mm mm mm.
