Interview With Mistress Arella by Cary Pro Domme from the UK Mistress Arella How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM? It all started after I met a couple of young men who enjoyed foot fetish... I was simply curious and keen to experience more non mainstream activities...
And how did you transition from an interest to it being a profession? I was studying at that time and had a very boring part time job so was quite keen to start this new career!
What can someone seeing you as a Pro Domme for the first time expect? He can rely on my common sense and solid experience. I always give some advice or explain how things work when visited by a bdsm novice.
What kinds of people book sessions with you? All kinds of people! Businessmen, students, retired... There is huge variety...
What are your specialties? I prefer the more genuine aspect of bdsm such as real servitude. I have created a special website for this kind of sessions: www.slave-training.co.uk. Most information about me and also many photos, reviews and a blog can be found on my main website www.mistress-arella.com though. I would also like to encourage more people to book purely foot fetish sessions via my other website www.foot-worship.co.uk as I just love good foot massage! Since recently I have been doing fetish modeling for websites and I would not mind to get even more involved.
What kinds of equipment do you use? I am using a small domestic dungeon that is considered to be very cosy. It is equipped with all those usual bdsm implements such as crops, strap-ons or clamps. However, a good domme often only needs creative mind, her hands, voice, feet and heels so the equipment is not the most important thing for me or the clients.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into? My husband is submissive to me most of the time but we do not inflict any physical or mental pain on each other.
What advice would you have for someone just staring out in the fetish scene? Be ready to respect other people's likes.
Do you think fetish is becoming part of the mainstream culture? Men see fetish on the internet and naturally want to try it but many of them in fact only ask for tie & tease or body worship, which is not really anything fetishy at all. I prefer to see guys with deeper interest in bdsm than that.
What kind of music do you like? I like ethno / world music
What do you like to do for fun? Traveling, reading, good quality movies... It is not only about what you do but who you do it with!
