Interview With Marlo Marquise

by Cary

The Award Winningly hot Marlow Marquise, Miss Catwalk 2009!

How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?

Since I was a little girl, I was always interested in old Hollywood actress', and as I got older, my interests matured into the likes of Bettie Page, which led into corsets, whips, sky-high heels! All of that naughty stuff that us good girls are into!

Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into?

I don't consider myself a hardcore fetishist. I love pretty innocent things, mostly garments, but I do love a little spank on the tush every once and again! I very much enjoy learning about different fetishes I think it's all very interesting.

Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing?

I'm sure there are plenty of things that just are not for me. After all, that's what fetishes are all about, they are very personal, and only appeal to people who have that specific one. I think whatever floats your boat!

What excites you about fetish modeling?

I absolutely love the wardrobe aspect. I love dressing in new costumes, and being in character. It's something different from the mainstream, a little more intriguing, and naughty. I love doing things against the grain, and pushing boundaries, it makes live worth living.

What are your favorite types of outfits to model in?

I of course love the most feminine, soft, lingerie a girl could ask for! I guess you could say I might have a fetish for luxurious stockings. There is just something about the way they feel on the skin, it's magnificent. Corsets of course are one of my absolute favorite things to wear. I also am a big fan of latex. I'm trying to grow a collection right now, it's very exciting! Last but not least, anything vintage, preferably from 1939-1949. They don't make them like they used to! Hopefully someday I would love to own and model swimwear from the 1890's, those pieces are just adorable.

What are your least favorites?

You will never squeeze this girl into a pair of jeans! Also, I'm not fond of vinyl...latex yes, vinyl no. But I'm open to a lot of things.

Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture?

Absolutely. I think every fashion, in any form, always comes full circle. I think fetish has always been a part of everyday life, even in the little places where you just don't notice it. Since almost anything can become a fetish, it's hard to say that it has not been part of mainstream culture all along. For instance, stiletto heels? Maybe patent leather at that? A basic fetish object. As far as America is concerned, we still have a lot to learn when it comes to being comfortable with sexuality.

What kind of music do you like?

I always say, anything that makes me want to shake my hips, and puts a smile on my face! I love anything from 1930's jazz and blues, all the way to modern industrial rock bands like Nine Inch Nails. Music is the universal language, I think everyone should be open to different genres.

What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy spending time with loved ones, whether it's having a good conversation over tea and cookies, or having a few too many drinks out and about. I spend almost every minute of the day with my little black dog Frankenstein. I am also a painter, I love painting when I have the time. To be quite honest, I have so much fun modeling, performing, and just showing people that it's okay to have a good time. On the rare night that I have absolutely nothing to do, I love just sipping tea while reading a good book. Life is all about having fun, I'm quite hedonistic in that respect. Life is about indulging in all the great pleasures it has to offer, so enjoy!
