Interview With Jenny Christ by Cary An interview with the lovely Jenny Christ. Classic pinup has become a huge phenomena lately, what about it first captured your interest? I have loved and wanted to be apart of pinup since as far back as i can remember! I love how glamorous pinup is and that no matter how simple the photo is all that classic beauty could still manage to blow you away.
What is it that excites you about pinup modeling? I cant help but love the idea of your classic poster girls, your sweet heart Marilyn Monroe's and your naughty Bettie Page's as oppose to your run of the mill naked chicks with bad attitudes.
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in? I love modeling lingerie and stuff that shows my love for metal and the 80's video vixen. like studded belts, spandex, super high heels stuff like that. i also really love to model band merch especially for my friends bands thats always a blast.
What are your least favorites? I don't really care for wearing a lot of clothes haha I would rather be in my undies and heels over a dressy outfit any day!
Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture? Yes! Sadly pinup and just alternative modeling in general is one of the biggest trends out there! But there are a lot of true pinups and alt. models that have a real passion for their art and Thats why its up to us to make a statement with our work and really set that standard for what makes a pinup queen or a rockin' alt. model.
What kind of music do you like? I like so many different styles of music but my favorites would have to be punk, rock n roll, and metal. But to name a few bands i really dig Guns n roses, Avenged Sevenfold, The Ramones, The Misfits, Motorhead, The Roe, The Germs, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank III. What can i say killer vocals, bitchin bass lines and gnarly guitar riffs make me happy in the pants. haha
What do you like to do for fun? I love to tour and travel it is absolutely amazing and other then modeling it is pretty much my life. I also love going to shows, playing video games, partying, and of course shopping.
