Interview With Jen Lee by Cary Tripple threat Jen Lee is a Fetish Model, Burlesque Performer and Pinup Model. How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM? Wow I don't even know...I was really young. I would say maybe it was comic books. I loved Catwoman lol. I mean check her out shes a hot strong smart kitty lady with a whip that will kick your ass....ha...soooo I really think that opened the door.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into? Oh dear...well yea..yea...I'm into a lil bit of the fetish stuff for sure ha. Nothing too crazy though. I'm a shoe freak sooo I dunno heels during sexy time is just plain fun I say. I love all the great lingerie and sexy stuff I have..I've got whips and restraints and some other fun things. I don't really care for anything too violent lol..I like things to be more sensual. Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing? Oh man what is with the Japanese girls getting fucked by squids and worm filled condoms? That is not okay. I would be so pissed if someone tried that. Something like that would definitely win you a crack in the face. Anything really degrading I'm not down with.
What excites you about fetish modeling? I just love dressing up and being in front of the camera. I love working with a photographer I'm on the same page with to create awesome photos we both can enjoy. I like being part of a project.
Classic pinup has become a huge phenomena lately, what about it first captured your interest? Ladies like Betty Page got me as soon as I seen them. I think a lot of it looks like a celebration of fun loving girls. Its campy and light hearted but it can go to really sexy without being trashy....how can you not be roped in?
What is it that excites you about pinup modeling? I think because those type of shoots are almost always fun. I've been with other photographers and ya know they wanna do something edgy. So stuff gets crazy. One time I was out in the fall while it was raining with hardly anything on. The pictures came out good but with pin up I don't normally think to myself oh man...what am I gonna have to do this time lol? What are your favorite types of outfits to model in? Well I like all kinds. Of coarse I love all sorts of great shoes. Garter belts, corsets, and thigh highs are always fun. Anything from a shiny fetishy type outfit to a pretty dress gets me excited.
What are your least favorites? Hmmm...well I've never really ended up wearing anything I super hated. I once had to wear a torn up dress I didn't find too appealing. Stuff that doesn't fit properly is the worst. Oh and the really super low quality striper clothes are gross.
Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture? I think so yes of course. More and more people are into the pinup look. I mean you can find pinupish stuff in lots of the stores now if you look. As for fetish...I think the more light stuff is out there slightly but just the word fetish scares people I've come across. I think its good that fetish doesn't become some super mainstream bullshit party.
What kind of music do you like? Music is great. I loves me some music. Right now I cant stop listening to the Pixies but thats not all lol. I'm all over the place with music. I love rockabilly and stuff like Bowie. When I was younger I so loved The Cure and Depeche. I even like older hardcore like Blood for Blood and some punky stuff too.
What do you like to do for fun? Tonight actually I'm working a fetish event as a go go. I also love working at Burlesque events. Oh god I love sideshow too. I can human block head now. Nailing a nail into my nose in front of people is way fun. I love being out and party with my friends...and ya know sometimes I would rather just stay home and be crafty or just play some video games ha. Really the people close to me in my life bring me the most joy. I'm a movie freak too....I love fun..wooo. Sometimes the funnest thing for me is just working these crazy events and getting to meet the amazingly talented people at these things. Like the Monday Night Burlesque in Brooklyn I just worked. What amazing amazing girls and also guys...really no kidding lol...and tonight I'll be at Wet in New Jersey..who knows who will bee there. Heck yea!
