Interview With Jasmine Blushes by Cary Make up artist by day, burlesque performer by night, fetish model somewhere in there. Is there anything Jasmine Blushes can't do? Well Burlesque is all about fetishes! Some men ( even women) have a fetish for a woman's hands.. ie "The Glove Peel" The glove peel reveals a woman's hands, something we see everyday but, when done in a teasing manner can be the most revealing part of a woman's body! Even the classic "Stocking Peel" appeals to the foot fetishist of the world! Every inch of a woman's body is a star character in Burlesque! The way it flaunts a woman's sexuality in the most innocent way is what captures my interest the most! Something as sweet and innocent as a smile can be incredibly alluring! I tend to know what the audience might want by the venue I'll be performing in... If Its a place known for punk band performances... the audience would most likely want a lot more energy and over the top acting in the act... If its a Gothic venue, the audience would most likely want a more theatrical, poetic/mystical kind of performance. Well..I'm sure this happens to every one but it was the first time it had happened to me. I was on stage during one of my "Belly Dance Inspired" numbers and I fell... right on my tush! I was so embarrassed my whole face turned red! Then I just smiled and played it off to be a "Leg Show"! I don't think the audience even knew it wasn't originally part of the act! Oh yes definitely! When dancing its very important to be fully aware of your entire body, including your face... just like in modeling. You must have full control of every inch, from the tips of your toes to the tips of your fingers. Yes Yes Yesss!! I very much enjoy spanking sessions :D And I have a soft spot for foot fetishist!!! *wink, wink*Are there any other creative mediums you work in? Besides burlesque I dab into Belly Dance and Tap Dance. I Draw and paint. And By Day I am a freelance make up artist, working for many companies such as "Nars" and "Paul and Joe". I also design and sew my own pasties and costumes, which I am in the middle of creating my own web site where I will be selling my own pastie creations online! Web site coming soon! What kind of music and movies do you like?I'm a huge horror buff! I remember being about 5 yrs old and watching the exorcist in the theater.... that movie changed me forever. I also love foreign films like "City of Lost Children" and "Irreversible". The type of music I like varies form Hardcore punk (Minor Threat) to Gothic Industrial (Clan of Xymox) ...
