How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?
I didn’t even know what BDSM was before I came to it professionally. I’ve always been open-minded and a naturally bossy and demanding lover. My sexual tastes always seemed to lean more towards being “mean” in order for me to enjoy myself.
And how did you transition from an interest to it being a profession?
Well, I didn’t know it was an “interest” in that sense. I saw an ad in a local paper looking for dominatrices and something just clicked. It just felt right and I jumped at it immediately.
What made you decide to do BDSM films? Do you still do sessions?
I was encouraged by my late mentor Goddess Elizabeth to visit the Other World Kingdom. I really enjoyed the process that I decided that’s what I wanted to do myself stateside. I guess you could say I was “bitten by the bug.”
I don’t do sessions anymore; the filming and websites take up so much of my time.
What are your specialties?
My specialties are humiliation and cbt and I thoroughly enjoy forced worship. I also love scenes involving my feet, like face slapping, foot jobs and gagging (which I suppose could be under the heading of humiliation).
What kinds of equipment do you use?
I’m not a huge equipment person, but I often reach for my singletail, a riding crop or a paddle. My scenes don’t necessarily revolve around equipment because it’s more about the mental power exchange for me. But I do enjoy using tools to make a point.
What advice would you have for someone just starting out in the fetish scene?
I always tell girls they need to love this, otherwise they won’t last any time at all. Also, don’t expect to make money in the beginning. Most importantly, you have to respect the person you’re playing with; guys can always tell when you’re not genuine and you’ll only hurt yourself in the long run.
Do you think fetish is becoming part of the mainstream culture?
I think we are seeing more fetish portrayed in the mainstream culture, but I don’t think that’s the same thing as becoming part of the culture. It has certainly influenced fashion in a positive, major way but I find that people into fetish and some fetishes are cast in an unflattering light in movies and on television.
What kind of music do you like?
I like all kinds of music from alternative to rock to r&b. I’m listening to artists like Floetry, Shy Child, Sade, Roisin Murphy, Prince and Justin Timberlake.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love traveling to Europe and to South Florida. I also love cooking, working out and spa treatments. I try to treat myself whenever possible before I settle down and won’t have as much time for leisure pursuits. You only get one chance so it’s best not to squander it waiting for a better tomorrow.
