Interview With Diana Graves by Cary Now here is a fetish model you can really dig, Diana Graves! :) How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM? I think for me it was watching old movies as a kid. The women were always perfect. Their stocking and garters were always in place and they wore gloves never, ever touching a man's hand. In the movies instead of giving in to their primal instincts and rolling around on the floor screwing, people would just exchange lustful glances and smoke a cigarette. That display of restraint is a fetish in itself. At least that's where it began for me.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into? Who doesn't? I love the beauty of rope tying. The female form is exquisitely beautiful when bound by ropes.
Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing? The whole excrement this is a major turn off for obvious reasons.
What excites you about fetish modeling? The way it liberates women. Women are no longer displayed as timid, unintelligent, quiet creatures. Fetish modeling is freedom for women to be displayed beautifully as they wish, representing the feminine dark side (the side men & society fear)
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in? Well-made latex of course! I also love garters and stocking both latex or otherwise.
What are your least favorites? This is a hard one because I love clothes of any kind. I guess clothes that don't fit properly or are poorly made.
Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture? Most definitely. It's everywhere. The funny thing is that pinup and fetish culture has been here under our noses all along. I'm happy to see it become more widely accepted in the modeling world. For too long this type of thing has been looked down upon as well as the people doing it. It's so widely accepted now, you're libel to run into your 3rd grade teacher at the fetish club.
What kind of music do you like? All kinds of music really. Anything from Danzig-induced heavy metal to retro-electro.
What do you like to do for fun? I love to cook, read, paint, travel and spend time with my family & friends. I am never stationary for very long. Always moving! See more of Diana Graves at: http://myspace.com/dianagraves
