Interview With Toxic Goddess Dame Lebeau

by Cary

Dame Lebeau puts a unique spin on fetish and pinup. Some crazy dame! :)

How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?

As a child, I remember seeing an old image of a woman in a tightly laced corset and stockings. I was fascinated by how beautiful pulled skin could look underneath such clothing. I am highly interested in all aspects of sexual exploration and I think because of that interest, there was a natural progression into BDSM. Modeling for Toxic Goddess has only increased my interests.

Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into?

I love so many aspects of BDSM! I do not currently have a partner who is into the fetish scene so I get to live that part of my life out in photographs with photographer Dirk Hooper. I am very much a fan of extreme bondage, light choking, and spanking. The less mobility I have in bondage, be it saran wrap, rope, medical restraints, etc., the better. It is a funny thing to say but, bondage relaxes me both emotionally and physically.

Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing?

I am not much into anything involving scat.

What excites you about fetish modeling?

The outcome. Sitting down at the end of a shoot and going through image after image and being totally blown away by how well something worked or how this or that looks. The more I get to participate, the more I discover about my own interests in the lifestyle. Plus, it is the only time I can put my hands and lips all over another girl's body and not have to answer for it at home!

What are your favorite types of outfits to model in?

I love anything classic. Like that image I saw as a child I will most often wear corsets and nylon stockings or nothing at all. I love to dress in military garb for certain shoots and I am currently starting a collection of vinyl and latex clothing.

What are your least favorites?

I am lucky enough to decide on what I will wear to a photoshoot. The clothing always ends up coming off so, it doesn't really matter to me if I am in a chicken suit during the beginning of a set.

Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture?

I am not sure what is mainstream anymore. I think the lines are blurring and things are just...becoming. We are exposed to more and more images these days largely due to the internet and this has been a great resource as well as a powerful medium for advancing peoples careers and interests in fetishism/BDSM. I am not really on the outside, so I do not know what everyday people discuss at the water cooler.

What kind of music do you like?

All kinds! The benefits of being with someone in the music industry is that I get exposed to more than my usual catalog of music choices. I am a big fan of American Roots style music but, I dab my ears into trip hop and trance every now and then. My favorite artist for a number of years has been Ryan Adams.

What do you like to do for fun?

I am a photographer by passion, I travel as often back and forth between Tulsa and New Orleans, I go to way to many concerts a month, I maintain a blog on Tumblr in which I ramble off random thoughts, and I read far too much science fiction and see too many movies.
