Interview With Celia Cyanide

by Cary

Super Hot and Fetishy Actress & Model Celia Cyanide.

How did you first get interested in acting?

I was interested in other aspects of filmmaking first--writing and directing. Acting wasn't something I had seriously considered. I started taking some acting classes, partly because someone told me that acting class was a good way to learn how to direct, and partly because I was bored. After a while, I started getting really good at acting, and now it's what I do. I did write and direct my own feature, but I consider myself an actor, first and foremost.

Do you come from a background of training in the arts?

Yes, I do. As I was growing up, I was very interested in drawing and painting, as well as writing. I also played a few musical instruments. When I went to college, I majored in English with a writing focus, and I took several electives in the arts. Since graduating, I have taken many classes in the arts, including acting, but also things like drawing, printmaking, and voice lessons.

What was the first part you played?

The first speaking part I ever got was a film called "Rice Park." It was a love story that contained a nude love scene. The director was interested in doing a feature film with a love scene and had heard that a good way to prepare was to do a short surrounding a love scene. I wanted to do the movie because I wanted to learn about that type of acting. It's not something they teach you in acting class. I had started auditioning for films just because I loved doing scene work in class, and I wanted to do more of it. I never really expected it to go anywhere, but it has.

What else might we have seen you in?

I was in a horror movie called "13 Hours In A Warehouse," which is available on DVD. I was also in two movies from Saint Euphoria Pictures called "The Monster Of Phantom Lake" and "Cave Women On Mars." In the latter, I play the villain, Hagra, the lead huntress of the evil Liak tribe. I also have a few more movies currently available, such as "Horror House," "Unholy Reunion," "The Horror Vault," and "Tales Of The Dead."

What projects do you have coming up in the future?

I did a film over the summer that is in post production right now called "Terror Overload." It's an exploitation horror feature by NFTS Productions that has 3 short stories and one wraparound story. I play multiple roles. The movie also stars Ari Lehman, who played Jason in the original "Friday the 13th."

I am also working in a really fun slasher movie called "Camp Kill." Scarlet Salem and I played the two female leads, and we had a great time working on it. I had been in several films that Scarlet is also in, but this was the first time we had any scenes together. I have seen some of the rough cut, and I think it's going to be a really fun movie. We have some more to shoot this summer, and it should be finished later this year. I'm very excited for it!

I also have a few projects that are in pre-production that will be filming later this year. "Hi-Way Headhunter," by Haunted Autumn Productions, "The Psychosis Of Ghosts," by Dav Kaufman, and "The Last Revenants" by Robert Pratten. I'm going to be working with Suzi Lorraine and Melantha Blackthorne on that. It should be a lot of fun.
