How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?
I'd say my interest in the goth subculture introduced me to the fetish scene; I was introduced to the writing of the Marquis de Sade and Sacher-Masoch through people I originally connected with over a mutual love for Bauhaus and VNV Nation. I've found that a lot of fashion crosses the subcultures; I can wear the same shit to a fetish club that I can to a goth bar. You hear a lot of the same music in both venues, as well.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are
you into?
To some degree, yes. The level that I'm into it varies based on the partners I'm with. For example, I've dated people who were REALLY fucking into rope bondage, although I don't want to be tied up every time I have sex. I'm very definitely into spanking, hair pulling, and asphyxiation. I prefer to wear exquisite heels while I'm having sex, it improves the experience for me. I have to work harder to have an orgasm without heels.
Are there any fetishes that you don't find appealing?
Anything to do with shit. I am just not that excited about feces. Anything to do with pedophilia. I've dated much older men, and I have nothing against people who are legal doing the age play bit, but actual child fucking really disgusts me. That's basically it; there's a lot of stuff that doesn't do anything for me, but very little is an active turn off.
What excites you about fetish modeling?
The shoes, the people, and the events. I love traveling, and the events are a good excuse for that. And the people I've met while I've been doing this are almost all really awesome individuals.
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in?
I'm way into texture. My favorite outfits are mixed media pieces; a latex dress trimmed in feathers, or a latex skirt with a silk blouse. I also get very into leather, because I love how organic it is.
What are your least favorites?
Ordinary girl next door clothes. I usually need that sort of thing for DiD bondage shoots, but I don't wear jeans and t shirts in my everyday life, and I don't enjoy it.
Do you think pinup and fetish are becoming part of the mainstream culture?
I think that they are, fetish in general more so than pin up in particular. Fetish fashion has a huge influence on mainstream fashion, which eventually trickles down to Jane and John Doe in the mall.
What kind of music do you like?
Goth rock and indie fag shit. My favorite bands are Bauhaus, the Cure, David Bowie, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and the Mountain Goats.
What do you like to do for fun?
Travel, spend time with my SO's, throw parties, draw, dance...
